While Pokwang has come a long way from her humble beginnings as the champion of the Search for Clown in a Million, Eugene Domingo has equally proven herself in the field of comedy.

With her hosting stint in the hit noontime show Wowowee and being on comedy show Banana Split, it is fair to say that she is one of Kapamilya network’s biggest comedy stars. And with the cameras set to roll for Tanging Ina’s third installment, many are wondering if Eugene Domingo’s role will be given to Pokie now that the former is often seen in the rival network’s programs.

Pokwang denies knowledge of such rumor, more so, the rivalry between her and Eugene. Although she admits that she wants to work with the Comedy Queen, the comedienne says, “Naku di ko pa alam yan. Ako naman looking forward talaga makasama sa pelikula si My Queen, Ai-Ai.”

Meanwhile, Eugene confirms that she will reprise her role as Yna’s best friend in the third Tanging Ina movie. “Oo. Matutuloy. Excited na excited ako para sa Tanging Ina Mo Rin, Last Na ‘To. Wenn Deramas pa rin yan. Of course, Star Cinema. Malapit na malapit na ring mag-shooting yan.”

She further reveals that the most of the cast from the first and second Tanging Ina movies will also reprise their roles on the third one. Now, this is definitely a movie to watch for!
